App that lets you hear AND respond to notifications via Bluetooth

There's an app called SpeakMe that works fairly well for playing phone notifications over your Bluetooth earpiece. However, it'd be great if there was a way to reply to those with voice-to-text via the Bluetooth earpiece. Is there any app that does this?
