How to fix wifi hotspot tethering?

After updating my xt1524 to 6.0 (about 3 weeks later) hotspot toggle starts buging and doesn't turn on. Or it turns on but I can't see it on my PC or iPad. First I was at Retes stock, then reflashed to reteu, same thing here. Please help
