Possible to pull app data such as sign in information from one device to another?

Long story short I had to factory reset my Shield Android TV and now I can't re-activate HBO Go on it (due to the AT&T/DirectTV merger and the account getting screwed up). Is it possible to copy the data from my Google ADT-1 to my Shield Android TV so it will appear as have being activated (it was previously)? Both are rooted. Thank you.
