please help me with Xperia TX

I'm new to all this, I spent 2 days reading and trying to fix my phone without any luck

it's Xperia TX Lt29i (2012) the problem started when I was trying to update to newer android version using PC Companion, now when I start the phone it can't pass Sony logo

I read about the flash tool, I have installed and I also have Xperia_TX_9.2.A.1.205_USA_1266_3320 stock firmware, but the problem now is I can't flash it, I thought the firmware file was corrupted so I downloaded it 3 times with same error msg
