sony xperia M dual 4.3 flashtool not showint wipe cache, userdata

Hi all ,

I successfully root my phone Xperia M dual(2004), i followed steps from http://ift.tt/1jLbzs5 and root was successful.
Post this booting was stuck. Searching this forum i got to know that this is bootLoop curse.

Now, when i tried the below method

1) Install flashtool ( androxy* )
2) download 2-3 types of ftf (for xperia M 4.3 generic etc) from somewhere.
Now, when i follow the steps to flash, this guy is not showing me the 1) Cache, 2) Userdata to Wipe. Left Top list only has wipe user data.

I am still having a bootloop issue. Can someone help me here.

I still want my phone to be root
