Bootloop due to Xposed, can't flash uninstaller due to 'failed to map file'

So I flashed xposed on samsung stock rom like an idiot, and now it's stuck in a bootloop. I've applied a factory reset and it's still stuck in a bootloop. The mount option is doing nothing in TWRP, so I put the xposed uninstaller ZIP on my S4's SD card, and moved SD cards through the phones, and when I go to flash the uninstaller it gives me 'failed to map file'

What do I do?
