[Port] MaxOS-AOSP[Fast+Smooth&Smooth]

As i've to attend the university regularly so i can't port roms weekly or monthly it depends on when i get free time for porting roms and fixing it's bugs xD

Well this is my first rom after two months so enjoy it!
