I unlocked the bootloader and got S-OFF with Sunshine. I changed the CID and installed the developer RUU, and updated to Marshmallow 6.0. I just received a response for the device unlock request. I was able to unlock it just by having a different SIM. It didn't work on ViperONE ROM so I went back to my developer edition backup.
