5ghz wifi issue

My Z3 works perfectly fine with my Asus RT-AC68P on 5Ghz wifi (Merlin 380.57 )

My Z5 E6683 always drops 5Ghz since I got it. (on Marshmallow)

Anyone is having the same issue?
