Storage space running out

Strange behavior:
Check attached screenshot
Available memory: 2.10GB
still showing storage space running out.
Tried solution:
1. Factory reset done
2. TWRP flashed
3. cache cleaned
OS: 5.1
Buikd: LPC23.13-34.8
