Well, the picture shows how CM Browser implements "full screen" mode, hiding the @#$% status bar but not the navigation one, the freaking buttons.
Let me tell you, I really love this! In landscape orientation, the navigation bar stays vertically by the side (96 pixels wide), turning my useable screen resolution into 1184×720 pixels (16:9,72972972973 aspect ratio). Now if the aforementioned web browser does that easily, how is that I've already review squashed a couple of "hide status bar" (as search string) apps off the Play Store because it seems all of these stupid mountains of dungcode seem to think it's mandatory to hide the navigation bar along the status one? Buggers! :mad:
What about locking the status bar by the side (rotation locked)? Now THAT would rock! (16:10+ aspect ratio).
