This is a noob question for sure, but here goes. I have a LG V10 H901, which is the t-mobile variant. But I am using it with AT&T. It works flawlessly. With that being said, I really don't like to see the T-Mobile boot animation. I want to change it. I know I need root. But my question is this: Am I to assume that since the hardware is T-Mobile, I will have to root it as a tmobile phone? Also, if I do root it, (tmobile), will I lose the info regarding the at&t network stuff?
