my mom's phone has just died, withouth a reason, or so she says. It only goes into download mode. I have tried to download an official firmware and put in odin, it connects with the phone but the process stops at "initialization" every time: i have changed usb cable, us port, odin version, downloaded kies and stopped background process, uninstalled kies, downloaded usb drivers for samsung again, closed antivirus, stopped connectivity, got out the sd card, basically anything i could do, i have even tried different firmwares for i9500 (4.4 and 5.0.1) and it simply stops at "inizialization" each time. The phone is full ofpersonal data so i really need it to work.
