I followed the steps from this post to enable the hotspot. The AP will now turn on and I can see the SSID from my tablet. However, I cannot get into the hotspot settings to set the password. It will error stating that "Settings has stopped unexpectedly. An error report..." It seems like the settings page is missing on my phone. I am coming from the RUU for the 1.19.605.22 on the Unlocked edition of HTC 10.
