Adding Tethering Toggle, wifi calling and others in Quick Settings

Is there a way we can edit some databases using SQlite to add additional shortcut toggles in the Stock Quicksettings menu similar to Samsung galaxy s4 and s5

I was playing around with the database and I was able to find inside
data/data/com.lge.provider.systemui/http://ift.tt/1NTnSBI

Would adding specific ids to that list add additional toggles into the quicksettings menu?
