after a lot of trial and error trying to determine why WiFi calling kept giving me the "Error: REG99 Unable to Connect" message, I was able to narrow it down to busybox pro found here. after I install this app WiFi calling breaks and I'm left with that REG99 message. if I remove busybox and reboot, WiFi calling is working properly again. I've scoured the Internet and there have been a few references to this, but no real solution other than to remove busybox. I'm posting here hoping someone may have a solution!
