Hey everybody!
I assembled a S6 out of spare-parts and it's very shiny, no damages or scratches. Sensors are working like a charm, everything is perfect.
Except - my simcard doesn't register in the network. The card is working in other S6-phones without any problems, so damage of the sim itself or invalid sim is not in the scope. Also, the sim is being recognized by the phone. The GSM-Module also seems to work - Emergency calls are available (of course I didn't test them) and a strong GSM-signal is received.
Does anyone know, where the info about possible sim-/netlocks is stored, how to get it and how to get rid of them? Also better debugging of the GSM-Unit and SIM-Unit is appreciated to wipe out any concerns about the functionality of the modules.
Hope anyone can give me hints how to continue...
Greetings,
Jan
