Use Dual sim dual standby

I am planning to buy a Nexus 6 here in india.However i am not sure whether dual sim adapters are available in my country and how to set up them.I have 2 mini sims which i would like to use in the phone.Can both sims be active at the same time,as normally dual sim phones do?Thanks in advance.[emoji1]
