How to control 5.1 speaker setup connected to Android?

I'm building a carPC, which connects to a 5-channel amplifier using a USB sound card. I have two sound cards available; a Sound Blaster X-fi, and a generic no-name one with a CM106 chip inside.

I'd like to use android-x86 for the OS, and I read that Android 5.0 and up supports external sound cards. However, I can't find a single app that offers a mixer that recognizes multiple speakers. I need front/rear, left/right and sub speaker balances, but I'm straight out of luck finding any support for this.

hotspot problem and 4G bug.

On enabling the hotspot the max device limit is limited to 1 only and i cant change it. And the device is working on 2G and 3G data pack but it always shows 4G at the top. Please help.

How to use cellular data while on wifi and wifi can only connect to local area.

I have to connect a local area wifi all the time. This wifi cannot connct to internet. I want to use cellular data to access internet. But I cannot use cellular data when on wifi. Is there any method to deal with it or it's dead end?

Moto G 2015 vs Turbo. Which should i get?

Hi. I have the opportunity to buy a new phone, and the 2 options are the Moto G 2015 for $2800 MXN and the Turbo for $3600 MXN. As you can see, I live in México.

The difference between both is the G has only 1gb RAM while the Turbo is 2gb RAM. Also, Turbo is an Octacore. And also seems to have Turbocharger. Both are 16gb ROM and the Turbo seems to be IP67 while the G is IPx7

What I am trying to realize right know before setting the order is, which one should I get considering I want to use Cyanogenmod on it? It seems there isn't much development for the Turbo. While Osprey is much embraced.

Which device has more compatibility? Which one has more information in general? I don't want to buy one device and then get cut off on a wall.

Also, I am a CE student here in MX and would like to start developing for android in the near future, just punctualizing this even though it is not needed.

Right now I have a Condor, Falcon and Ghost. Thinking of selling one or two after dealing with this dilema.

My name is Alex Oczkowski and I've recently released a new Android app called "Yiiri - Meet new people". In short Yiiri is a social app which helps you to find new friends, pen pals, or even meet that special someone based on your hobbies and interests. You can use Yiiri to find new people to socialize with from anywhere around the world and start chatting on your favorite social apps (we currently support WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Skype, Google+ and WeChat).

my lenovo bootloader logo missing

I tried to install miui 7 ROM on my a6000 I'm in cm12.1 but accidently I downloaded the 4.4.Android version of miui 7 ROM and after setup it didn't boot up and I installed cm12.1 once again and now the problem is my boot loadr is now showing" mi". Logo. There is any way to change it???????

Got s2 today . need help installing custom rom .

hey every one . i got a t989 today in good condition for decent price as a secondary phone . the phone is running on stock 4.1.2 .
i want to run newer custom rom ( probably c12.1 / cm13 ) . problem is it is my first samsung device to install a custom rom on and i am a bit confused so here what i know so correct me if i am wrong .
1- install odin then flash twrp 2.8.7
2- reboot to recovery so the stock rom won't go back to stock
3- from recovery install the latest version twrp 3.0.2
4- do a full wipe then install rom and gapps .
----
i downloaded twrp 2.8.7 from the twrp website . the .tar file
for the rom and twrp 3 i will download this one

Can't get my m8 to boot anymore

I used to have a custom rom on my phone but I tried to wipe it and im not sure what happened but I don't think there's an OS on there anymore. It gets stuck on the HTC white screen. I am able to access fastboot and I have TWRP recovery installed that I'm able to access, but I believe it's an older version. I tried just downloading another rom and flashing it but it still wont boot. I'm not sure what I need to get it working again.

Huawei P8 (GRA-UL10) How to upgrade to Marshmallow (China)

If you are like me, a strange owner of the china version (I got it as a gift from china) you also probably saw that other regions got it but the china region (C00BXX) is not getting any love, in china, for some reason, it is only available if you signed for the beta test program, but not anymore. This will not be a comprehensive guide since my main language is not English but some basic steps you MUST follow.

All steps are important do NOT skip any, I also assume you know how to install firmwares (copying the zip or update.app in dload folder).

You must be on C00B220 if you are on B230 downgrade it to B220 (you can download it here http://ift.tt/1NXWzq4). Also if you have root you should also do a clean install again.

After that install this firmware [LINK]. Don't extract it, copy update.zip to dload folder in sdcard. I searched for this file for many many hours and had to translate a lot of chinese pages to give it to you, you now have Marshmallow, but it is too outdated (B320).

Now, make sure you have the latest version of HiSuite, update it if needed. Connect your phone with the instructions given in HiSuite. In HiSuite click "Update" and it should find the latest version (B352).

Now just sit and relax, after that you have the latest version of android on your chinese P8 ;)

For Use With The LG V10 (h901) Only!
I found many people do not realize how easy it is to change their bootanimation... and I just made it easier!

With this easy to use Aroma Package, simply flash in recovery like any ROM, you will have option to flash a bootanimation to your phone, and also backup current!
You will also find a few other options such as the G5 camera and 360 live wallpapers

There are plans to add more bootanimations (about a dozen right now)
as well as add more options such as sounds, wallpapers, etc. anything that isn't ROM dependent can be added.

This Can Be Used On almost* Any ROM For The V10! So flash on!

T-Mobile HTC 10 CDMA

I'm pretty sure the answer is no but I thought I'd just get confirmation. Does the HTC 10 from T-mobile have any CDMA bands? Like to use it on Verizon? I'm getting a T-mobile one from a special program but I'm on Verizon, if not I'm sure my girlfriend will be happy with her new HTC 10.

Need help with my phone!

Ive been having problems with my galaxy s7 since ive had it. When people call my phone it never rings on my end and goes straight to vm on their end. And i don't get any text msgs, emails, notifications, and then like two hours or so later i get all the msgs all at once. They tried everything. Updating prl, profile, making sure call fwd was disabled, not in do not disturb or airplane modes, i changed my number, uninstalled all apps that weren't factory installed, got a new sd card, and eventually got a new phone. ..... same problem back again. I am absolutely at wits end. Does Anyone have a clue what is going on with my phone?
