P2290W was the model number of the device leaked a while back as the Shield Tablet 2, also known by its codename 'Hawkeye'.

Commenters suggest the recently half confirmed Nintendo NX Tegra X1 portable game console is likely the reason: it's essentially a tablet you can plug into your TV.
