Camera gives error when trying to record video, mic only works for calls

When I try to take a video, it instantly says "Recording stopped due to error". When I try to use the mic for anything other than calling someone, it just doesn't work. I've tried restarting a few times, but that hasn't helped. I'm very confused about what to do here! Do you guys have any ideas?
