Leaked Renders Give us a Closer Look at The Huawei P10 Ahead Of Official Launch

We've known for a while now that Chinese OEM Huawei is working on its next flagship, the Huawei P10, and that it will be unveiled at MWC 2017. Now a new leak has given us a closer look at the company's upcoming flagship ahead of the official launch. The latest renders of the Huawei's upcoming phone come to us courtesy of well-known leaker @onleaks and 91 Mobiles. The renders are based off factory CAD blueprints and show the device from multiple angles.

According to the leak, the Huawei P10 plus will sport a 5.2-inch display with dimensions of 145.5 x 69.5 x 7.35mm. As you can clearly see in the renders, the home button, which also doubles as a fingerprint sensor, is now moved to the front. On the back, the Huawei P10 retains the dual-camera setup found on the Huawei P9, which is said to be manufactured by Leica this time as well. We also find a single bottom-firing speaker along with a USB type C port and 3.5-mm jack, all placed on the bottom of the device.

If rumors are to be believed, the Huawei P10 will be powered by the in-house HiSlicon Kirin 960 SoC, will sport Leica-branded 12-megapixel dual cameras on the back, and it will come running Nougat-based EMUI 5 out of the box. The Huawei P10 is expected to come in three storage configurations: 4GB RAM + 32 GB, 4 RAM + 64 GB and 6GB RAM + 128 GB onboard storage.

According to the leak, a Plus variant with a 5.5-inch curved display and two storage variants (4GB RAM + 64GB and 6GB RAM + 128 GB) will also be unveiled along with the Huawei P10.

Huawei has a press event scheduled for February 26th at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, where the company is expected to unveil the Huawei P10 along with a new Android Wear watch.
