tricky trojen took my original home launchers really need help

HELLO a trojen has embedded itself into my xperia z3 its taken away my original home screen launcher and my simple home screen so when i reboot into safe mode to try rid safe mode becomes usless i have no dam back ups off these system launchers and i cant find a way around it i feel if i had a zip of these system apps i could flash them back on through twrp no anti virus can remove this thing even when cm gohst tojen trys it crashes the app so i just dont no what to do any help guys would be much appriciated i no i can do a full wipe but would really only like to do this as last resort this thing is uninstalling apps its crazy i never seen nothing like it before so guys if u can please help if anyone has a flashable zip file of xperia z3{d6603} simple home handy

Overheating Moto X Force

Hi all. New to XDA but have finally joined. I have taken the step away from Samsung's bloatware and been using the UK version of Droid Turbo 2... The Moto X force. Have to say is a fantastic beast of a phone but have recently been experiencing overheating and the phone reaching 45°c (gsam battery monitor). Literally heats up in 3 minutes of Clash of Clan on about 20% screen brightness. I thought this version of snapdragon 810 was the "revised" version which had no overheating. Should I be concerned about this or is it normal? I'll be sending phone back to Motorola anyway to fix a stuck pixel so was wondering if this is something that should be mentioned. i erased my os, and recovery

I Was trying to put android 5.1.1 back on my nexus and it erased all my data then it failed to install so im stuck with no os and no recovery and i have no idea how to fix it now, i have been looking for a while please help someone :(
i have no knowledge of cmd so pls dont do that i use wugfresh toolkit btw

First cracked S7 Edge!!

A friend of a friend cracked his phone already.

It dropped out of his pocket when he sat down at a table. Fell about 2 feet onto a cement floor. Seems to have hit the corner.



What sucks even more.. is that his case for his phone arrived a few hours later.

Stuck on TWRP screen. Help Needed

Hi,

I have rooted G Flex, with Freedom Flex TWRP v.2.8.0.0

Did a factory reset as I wanted to gift my phone to my friend but after factory reset, it asked for an update and when I pressed yes, it went on to TWRP and is stuck there.

There is option to install, wipe, etc, but not sure which one to chose and what to do.

Lg Freedom folder has a recovery.zip as well.

Just wondering what is the option for me.

Stock lollipop ROM for Yoga 2 830 LC

I successfully updated from Kitkat to Lollipop on my Lenovo 830LC tablet.
Two further OTA updates also took well.
But the third OTA update today ended up with my tab getting stuck at the boot animation with the boot sound cut off near the end.
I tried factory reset from recovery but still no good.
Can anyone help me with an official stock Lollipop ROM for this model to flash again?
I have a stock Kitkat ROM but I shouldn't flash that as the bios has updated to the Lollipop bios.
